Payback menu system/upgrades/wrap (content)/performance tuning is a dumbed down version of 2015. Rivals is clearly still previous gen console thinking about how to do things. In fact, Payback really seems to be a dumbed down game overall, compared to the nuances of Rivals and 2015.
