February 16, 2017. Jillian Michaels is one tough chick and she doesn't fool around. This workout gets right into it and kicks your butt! If you're just beginning I would suggest taking it slow and easing yourself into it. I found this workout to be quite intense. 4.8/5. Lust Factor. Staying Power. Value / Valeur.
This is my 2nd time to purchase this DVD. I lost my previous one. Awesome workout b/c it incorporates cardio into the mix which helps burn the fat off the abs. Some days I only do the first 15 mins. You will see results when combined with healthy eating and a consistent workout regimen. Every time I utilize this program my abs appear!!
